Is your property here and you are not?
We work regularly with owners who live off the island. We send photographs as the work progresses, do a video call when something has to be decided, and coordinate with your tenant or your cleaning company. We deal with you in English, Spanish or Italian.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a bathroom take?
A standard full bathroom is usually one to two weeks of actual work, depending on materials and delivery times. The date goes in the quote.
Will the property be unusable?
We try hard to avoid that. We work in stages, tidy and clean every day, and if there is only one bathroom we plan the work so the water is off for the shortest possible time.
Do you supply the materials?
We can supply them or fit what you have chosen. The quote shows clearly which materials are included and which are not.
Do I need council permission?
It depends on the scope: an internal refurbishment that does not touch structure or façade normally goes through a prior notification, and we tell you what your town hall requires. We work with the proper licences and certifications.
Do you give a guarantee?
We do not invent a commercial period: the guarantees the law provides apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee on the materials installed. And if what we touched fails, we come back to put it right.
